Before we arrive: please make sure water is on and personal items are cleared from the areas we'll be cleaning. We don't organize belongings as part of standard cleaning. If we can't perform the job due to site conditions outside our control, a service fee applies for the time reserved, see the Client Guide for details.
Before we arrive: we need access, and that is usually it. You do not need to be
there. If a job needs a specific part or fixture, have it on site or tell us and we
will source it at cost plus 25 percent. If something turns out to need a permit or a
licensed trade, we stop, tell you, and put the right contractor in front of you rather
than pressing on.
